Out Of Surgery Hours Services

HARMONI

An emergency only service is provided by Harmoni. This is operated by a doctor on call co-operative and the service is commissioned by Western Sussex Primary Care Trust on behalf of the practice. Harmoni can only provide urgent advice or treatment for problems arising outside normal surgery hours. You may be invited to attend an out-of-hours clinic. Your call may be recorded.

Please telephone 0844 477 0945 to access this service or alternatively ring direct on 0300 13013 13 to contact the Out of Hours Service between 6.30pm and 8.00am on weekdays and weekends and Bank Holidays.

The Out of Hours Service is unable to issue repeat prescriptions. These will need to be requested and collected during weekdays from the surgery.
