Meet Our Nursing/Healthcare Staff

 The partners are supported by an experienced Nursing Team in delivering the practice services.

Rachel Yates (RGN 1992) is the Senior Practice Nurse and is responsible for leading our nursing team.  Rachel is an independant nurse prescriber.

The practice also works closely with community staff;

District Nurses: Visit housebound patients in their home and provide general nursing care and advice

Health Visitors: (based at the surgery): Visit families with children aged five years and under, providing support and advice during the early years

Midwife: Provides support and information to families regarding antenatal and postnatal care from about 8 weeks of pregnancy, with weekly clinic at surgery

Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN): Provides medical treatment for patients with specialist mental needs either at the surgery or in the patient’s home
